Fall Session: October 2026 to March 2027

• Requirements: High school diploma or GED, good physical health, ability to pass a background check, two letters of recommendation, and a commitment to ethical practice.

• Supplies: Students invest approximately $500–$1,200 for textbooks, linens and massage equipment.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Class)

Tuesdays and Wednesdays

4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Student Clinic)

Additional homework and distance learning hours are required each week.

Enrollment is limited to a small number of students per cohort to maintain a high quality learning environment. Early application is encouraged.

If a cohort is full, qualified applicants may be given priority for the next available session.

Solara Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.

Do I need prior experience to apply?

Solara’s Massage & Bodywork Program is a State of Michigan licensed proprietary school and an NCBTMB assigned school.

What happens if I miss a class?

Attendance is important in an accelerated program. Make up options and policies are outlined in the student handbook.

Program Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent diploma by the start of class. (A copy of your transcripts will be required)

• Be physically capable to perform massage therapy and bodywork

• Be free of communicable diseases

• Agree and comply with student handbook

• Agree to comply with professional and ethical standards of practice

• Submit two letters of recommendation that verify sound moral character

• Be a us citizen legally entitled to live and work in the United States

• Pass a criminal background check (Required for state massage or healthcare license)

• Be of good moral character and conduct

Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Application fee is non-refundable.

All tuition fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested in writing within 3 days (Returned within 30 days of cancellation). After 12am on the third day, all tuition is non-refundable. If the student cannot attend the enrolled program date, tuition paid may be used towards a future program at Solara Wellness for 18 months from the original enrollment contract. Future programs are subject to tuition increases. If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, a written notice must be given 14 days prior to the class date. If the notice is not received 14 days prior to the class date, an additional $100 retake fee is required to make-up the class, the next time it is available.
