Program Details

  • Fall Session: October 13, 2025 – April 2026

  • Spring Session: April 2026 – October 2026

  • Requirements: High school diploma or GED, good physical health, ability to pass a background check, two letters of recommendation, and a commitment to ethical practice.

  • Supplies: Students invest approximately $500–$1,200 for textbooks, linens and massage equipment.

  • Cancellation Policy: Application fees are non‑refundable. Tuition is refundable if cancelled within three days of signing the enrollment contract; see full policy for details.

Payments may be made in person by check or cash, by ach bank transfer or online by credit card (+3% card processing fee)

Financing:

We offer payment plans to help make tuition more manageable. Options vary depending on your needs, we can go over everything together on a call!

TARFF - Program/Project Title: Tuition Assistance for Rural and Farm Families, those closely associated to agricultural activities, and residents of small rural communities.

Program Dates:

Fall: October 13th, 2025 - April, 2026

🕘 Class Times:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 9 AM – 8 PM

  • Tuesdays: 2 PM – 7 PM

  • Additional distance learning hours required each week

If the class for which you applied is full, you will receive priority in the next available class. Solara Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if it does not meet our minimum attendance requirements.


Program Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent diploma by the start of class. (A copy of your transcripts will be required)

  • Be physically capable to perform massage therapy and bodywork

  • Be free of communicable diseases

  • Agree, sign and comply with student handbook and enrollment contract

  • Agree to comply with professional and ethical standards of practice

  • Submit two letters of recommendation that verify sound moral character

  • Be a us citizen legally entitled to live and work in the United States

  • Pass a criminal background check (Required for state massage or healthcare license)

  • Be of good moral character and conduct

Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Application fee is non-refundable.

All tuition fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested in writing within 3 days after signing an enrollment contract with the school (Returned within 30 days of cancellation of the contract). After 12am on the third day, all tuition is non-refundable. If the student cannot attend the enrolled program date, tuition paid may be used towards a future program at Solara Wellness for 18 months from the original enrollment contract. Future programs are subject to tuition increases. If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, a written notice must be given 14 days prior to the class date. If the notice is not received 14 days prior to the class date, an additional $100 retake fee is required to make-up the class, the next time it is available.
