Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed after payment has cleared.

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days (after payment has been cleared).

Orders ship via UPS Ground, and delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on location within the United States.

Shipping times may vary due to order volume, inventory availability, or carrier delays.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Order Cancellation Policy

Buyers may cancel an order within three business days from the date the order is placed, prior to midnight Eastern Time on the third day.

Approved cancellations will be refunded minus any payment processing fees incurred by the seller

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

Returns

Due to the medical and hygienic nature of light therapy devices, all system sales are final once the product has shipped.

Returns are only accepted for warranty eligible defects as outlined in the warranty section below.

Manufacturer Warranty

All new InLight Therapy devices are automatically registered for warranty at the time of purchase.

Each device is covered by a two year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the original purchase date.

Warranty service is handled directly through the manufacturer according to their repair or replacement process.

Warranty Repair Service

If a component requires service during the warranty period:

Within the first 90 days, defective components may be replaced with a new component and a prepaid return label will be provided.

During the remainder of the two year warranty period, the customer is responsible for shipping the defective component to the manufacturer for repair.

Repairs Outside Warranty

If a device requires repair after the two year warranty period, standard repair service may be available.

Typical repair cost:

• $99 repair fee
• $25 return shipping within the contiguous United States

Customers will receive payment instructions once repair service is completed.

Warranty coverage does not apply to devices that have been altered, tampered with, improperly used, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order you authorize Solara Wellness to charge the payment method provided for the full purchase amount including applicable taxes and shipping.

Orders are processed through secure encrypted checkout systems.

Chargeback and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase through this website you agree to contact Solara Wellness first to resolve any concerns regarding your order.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with the seller may constitute a violation of these purchase terms.
